Alliance at Khaz-Dorahn

The Fellowship saved Hearthgate from a Void Titan (revealed to be corrupted fire giant Shod), successfully restoring him rather than destroying the entity. This victory earned Hearthgate as the Fellowship's first allied community. Ale-ore's family connections opened the gates of Khaz-Dorahn, establishing an alliance with the dwarven city. Now based at the Sound Garden and working with Khaz-Dorahn's forge masters, the Fellowship begins mass production of Boom-Sticks (acoustic anti-void weapons) while navigating dwarven political factions. Shod has sworn to help "fuck his shit up" regarding The Entropy Shepherd.

⚔️ The Fellowship

Recently formed at the Last Summit, these five champions represent the last organized resistance against the Shepherd's vision of universal preservation.

Ale-ore Bridge (The Dwarf)

Player: Booker
Background: Champion craftsman and engineer of the deep wells that saved The Dwarves during the great drought. Won the dwarven tournament to join the Fellowship (though his victory carries secrets).
Recent Developments: Led Boom-Stick design with Kurg, combining dwarven engineering and orc prototyping; delivered rallying speech using childhood mining collapse stories; leveraged family name to open Khaz-Dorahn gates (childhood friend Otso recognized him); established mass production vision; crafted magical amulet Nyx used to restore Shod; primary contact for dwarven resources
Companions: Maker (blacksmith), Hew (tunneler)

Kurg "Breaktooth" Randalar (The Orc)

Player: Eric
Background: Master negotiator and war profiteer who once ended conflicts through bidding wars. Secretly supplies orc alloys to Ale-ore.
Recent Developments: Co-designed Boom-Stick with Ale-ore, demonstrating orc crafting philosophy: rapid prototyping, functional-first design; built acoustic weapon in hours using Fires of Industry; proved orc methods valuable in crisis situations despite accepting clumsy/unreliable trade-offs; Version 2.0 will combine orc innovation with dwarven precision
Companions: Grox (accountant), Tiny (enforcer)

Mortimer Montgomery (The Squire)

Player: Liam
Background: Street urchin from Blackwharf who joined because the Fellowship "looked cool." Subject of a forbidden harbinger prophecy about defeating great evil.
Recent Developments: Operated Boom-Stick during aerial assault on Void Titan, strapped to weapon behind Nyx on Vkkal; formed special bond with freed fire giant Shod ("I like this one"); demonstrated medical skills tending Rattrick's destroyed feet; showed natural comfort with traumatized civilians; courage and directness resonated with fire giant warrior culture
Notable: Grooms Ulion's unicorn, takes lessons from Maker, saved Tiny's life, flight via arm-flapping and pixie dust
Companions: Shod (fire giant mentor/protector)

Ulion the Sleepbringer (The Elf)

Player: Alf
Background: Lord of The Winter Court sent to rekindle human-fae bonds. Former friend of the being who became The Entropy Shepherd.
Recent Developments: Flew as outrider/safety support during Boom-Stick aerial assault; dove to recover critical component when it shed mid-flight; named the Sound Garden (Fellowship's first forward base): "This is not like a garden or cultivating ideas... but we're also exploring sound"; demonstrated value of support/safety roles alongside direct combat
Companions: Kifu (unicorn), Rost (elven shadow)

Nyx of the Pale Flame (The Harbinger)

Player: John
Background: Rebel against the Overlord organization who brings insider knowledge. Wears forbidden jewelry and whimsical robes.
Recent Developments: Piloted Vkkal on dangerous aerial approach to Void Titan with Mortimer operating Boom-Stick; delivered critical final blow using memory weaponization spell; drew on past personal connections with fire giants to restore Shod; recognized old friend beneath void corruption; provided elixir for Boom-Stick construction; demonstrated that relationships function as weapons
Companions: Vkkal (black pegasus)
